Original Art Photography Series by @velimir #167 'Red Storm'
The name of this art photograph is: 'Red Storm'
I'll be very blunt about this one. Please, take a longer look and let me know if you if you can see a shouting face all over the frame or not? :) If you can, it makes me very happy. However, after a longer observation, it could also become a portrait of a soldier wearing a gas mask. Happened to me. The aggressive colour scheme works just as well and the meaning is not so very different. This is the beauty of expressive abstract art - you are free to enjoy it whatever way you like. You can imagine things, let the art play with your mind while your mind plays with art.
The reality is fully distorted in this double exposure, The pieces are used to create a completely new reality, from a subjective perspective of an observer.
I used the aggressive and very saturated combination of red and green to emphasize the moment and the strength of the shout which I first envisioned. I can almost hear it coming out of that wide open mouth. The atmosphere adds to the emotional momentum and is evoking an aggressive mood. Emotional experience is achieved through the almost complete destruction of physical reality.
The naked tree branches in the bottom are the most focused object and they work toward the creation of uneasiness. This is anything but an easy-going image. The small white areas also add to that feeling and up the dynamics even though there is no black tone at all.
This storm of red colour looks quite scary to me. I wonder where all that came in from. Seriously. I usually make positive art.
How did the title influence your observation before you read the first few lines?
Enjoy! :)

I'm glad I didn't miss this one. I thought it was a sink with red liquid and moss ready to be drained but when you said something about the trees and the title, I got the idea. It's a red sky (at least for me)!
I see the magician's shadow in color demension, if you wish I will share your picture again with a bit crossed her @velimir
This is a magician in the picture, sorry I have ruined your pretty picture
No man, on the contrary...awesome find! :) I can see it!!!
It's simply amazing wish you success
and do favor me support us as well
thank you @velimir for the reply, I just looked into your photo dimension, that's all I can find in a mysterious photo
Truth is I checked the picture first, Was horrified by the strong emotion it makes me feel, focused on the black hand I noticed in the picture and this comparison popped into my mind, face and hands and colors:
then I read your post and noticed at the end I didn't read the title. which is fitting to the picture, but in my mind - the the photograph is named "the scream"- the white hand that I saw in the circle I painted and the oval black shape made me think of this famous picture immediately, and I felt pretty much the same thing as when I looked upon the painting - this picture and painting express the scream of a person (or an aspect of the person, an aspect that may erupt in each of us from time to time) who feels detached from the everyday routine scene and life around him, it may be an amorphic, postmodern feeling of emptiness and desperation from the everyday dullness. the contradiction to everyday life is achieved by the people walking and enjoying the, selves in the painting and the trees/bushes in the picture.
If we want to find something positive, we can look upon the fact that the usual life and the optimistic way of looking at life is still there, in the contradicting objects we mentioned - we must brace them in order to stay alive mentally, otherwise we will drift to the turbulence trying to swallow the picture in velimir's art (look for it - the turbulence is in apparent in the lower right part of the photo)
Thanks Velimir!

Love it. Sometimes we need other pictures to explain the feelings in Velimir's photography :)
Cool!!!
Wow, I didn't see that, now I do. Thx @kivsha you re awesome!
My pleasure velimir my friend 😊
Yea I can see that too, but its like one of those magic eye pictures. New angles just appear.
The future will be better

It looks like some of Mark Rothko jumped inside your eye as you snapped this with out his signature rectangle vibe. The over exposure brings out a layering effect that is stormy,
Yet the white highlights lift it out of form...and actually gave me solace, abstractly very interesting.

Welcome to Red Storm Guys!
After taking a very deep and longer look i concluded it is Honey-Hive with glass Walls those bushes made my point more logical as Honey and Bushes seem very much related to each other.
Second thing found in it is Door Lock , yes that round like thing seems so.
At number three i found 2 pink hands crying for help from a house in fire :P
Yes i can imagen anything but you deserve an Oscar as your imagination always goes beyond :P :P Believe you me i did not find any Soldier in it @velimir
Yes you are right! if you did not write about it, I did not immediately notice :) If you look closely you will see a screaming face, and red color adds this photo of additional aggression. The screaming face itself brings fear into the photo.
Bare tree branches really add photos of abstraction and illusory. But from any point of view and detailed inspection, it looks frightening and creepy. It does not look like you, why would it?
Thank you
hahaha I meant my usual pacifistic and emotional style :)
That is a good one! Like a surreal black hole. :)
I love your picture! Great composition and color! The bloody red first made me think of crime kind of background but the pink it has makes a nice contrast.
keep on pushing
Good work here. It's sad because nowdays isn't that normal to see people with the imagination to do things like this aesthetically; So I'm happy to see this.
Keep going.
