Original Art Photography Series by @velimir #232 'Early Bloomer'
'Early Bloomer'
One day snow, the next - springtime. The weird weather fooled this plant and made it blossom. It grabbed my attention, especially because it was the only blossom on the otherwise bare branch. An early bloomer, for sure. :)
I've used very shallow depth of field to separate the white flower from the background. The top angle produced an interesting background that works really well composition-wise. Because of that, I also got that beautiful circle. It somehow marks the flower and adds more importance to it. Thought it might work well, and it does.
You probably immediately noticed the low contrast that reduces the dynamics, softens the image and creates a very tender vibe. This technique is quite rarely used these days, as photographers tend to search for that perfect contrast range. Most forget that everything may, and should be, used as means of expression. The pink accent, complemented by green, attracts the attention and adds quite a bit of life.
Even though the flowers are exhibits of the perfection of nature, I don't photograph them very often. Looking at this one, I might do some more! :)
Enjoy!

A bare branch with one flower? one lucky branch... the depth of the photo is unique. I am quite reluctant of taking photos in low contrast but this one you pulled off. Well done!
It's another beautiful well-composed photo. You must have a powerful sense of art to exert effort in shooting from that angle. Good job!
In other words, it is a very essential problem for humans, where it holds great potential in itself. Those who study the Divine themes and want to know the relationship between beings and khalik, or those who want to know themselves as well as those who want to know their life form either in the individual, social or even universal dimension, then they will with the human problem and the universe If this problem is solved, then the human problem will be solved.
According to him people are human beings and the universe is the universe. There is a very close and meaningful relationship between man and the universe. Humans are the only living beings that have everlasting bonds with all the dimensions of nature. All parts and movements in nature have relationships with each other. There is a close bond between nature and phenomena in nature.
All things have an external display as well as an internal dimension. It may be something that looks small in outwardly, but in terms of a very large inner or otherwise, it may be something looks great lahiriyah, but in terms of a very small inner.
Nature is also like that. Nature is outward and majestic, but in the open is small and tiny in terms of the inner. While humans look small from the side lahiriyah, but at a very large and extraordinary distance. Imam Ali said, "Do you have only this little body, you are a very big world." In belief, man is an exclusive model of all living things and can even be inferred that there are traces and signs of all beings in the universe within human beings.
Everything that exists in nature, the barriers also exist in man. Therefore, if we win ourselves and the world around carefully, we will find a complex relationship between ourselves and everything around us.
Super photo! You are a talent!
really abstract way of shooting mr @velimir. you are someone who has a high art, I am sure any object / animal / flower you want the picture will definitely produce beautiful artwork. like this flower, he looks very magical in this picture and all eyes are just fixed. I'm just learning Photography but I'm again trying to focus on taking pictures of moving objects, many of which I hard to post on my blog but not many are interested to see it. Maybe the image I posted is not perfect like your picture. I am very motivated with your artwork / photography results, all look perfect and very beautiful. terimahkasih for your post today mr @velimir that made me motivated ubtuk deepen the science of photography.
What an excellent series of art
Excellent photo: the angle of the camera makes the flower have a very interesting ocular focus point, in addition, the colors look sharp. I have always said that taking pictures is a true art, and when you take nature much more. Once again congratulations!

hi thanks for educating us i'll take note of this. i appreciate youre hardwork and its right that we should have our originality and not just copying, i 100percent believe on this. have a great day
I wouldn't have thought to use low contrast as an expression. I was always taught to get rid of the grey. I tend to over-contrast my photos, but now you've got me thinking. Good stuff!
