'Embraced Perfection'

I've found this motive and, frankly, had no idea how to perceive it, at first. It is hot these days... After a few moments, I understood what is there. A white ball, the symbol of perfection is embraced by the green-white leaves, which make it appear as if it was raised from the ground. To some extent, the weightlessness of the ball is accentuated. I like the overall aesthetics and decided to include it in the collection.

The mutual relationship between the foreground and the background is interesting to mention colour-wise. Look at the darker yellow-brown unsharp background. Notice how strongly it relates to the sharp light green foreground. Apart from the colours, there is also a difference in treatment. While the foreground is mainly built with lines, the background is full of shapes. Of course that the depth of field plays an important role in this.

There is only one exclusion from the rule, which I find very appealing. It is diminishing perfection and truly adding value to the dimension of reality of the photograph. In case you cannot find it, look at bottom left quadrant and find a brownish-yellow circle on a green leaf.
