Arts and Crafts 2018 : Bamboo Crafts on display in Dumaguete City
On recap, with Walk of Hope's Creating Livelihood Advocacy, the goal is to teach crafts and innovations yo our less fortunate Filipinos using what materials are available. In Bayawan City where @flabbergast-art is based right now, the place is rich in different types of bamboo. This in collaboration with the Creatives of Bayawan where the kids being trained are the out-of-school youth in the neighbourhood, with some school kids who join them on weekends or whenever they are available.
As there are different bamboo products being promoted and getting noticed, @flabbergast-art has now started training the kids as per specific craft. This to continue the production as per when they leave for another province to continue the Tour in Visayas and Mindanao.

Walk of Hope's first project was the bamboo planting held in Bayawan last April. As the local government is also involved, plus the Bayawan's Creatives, they will take over the project for continuity.
Leaving a legacy
As per @flabbergast-art wish prior to the creation of Walk of Hope, his goal is to leave a STAMP in every city, not only to bring Music and Arts to our underpriviledged Filipinos, but to CREATE LIVELIHOOD for the less fortunates to sustain themselves.
As we go further with @walkofhope, Hub Creations is also in the pipeline to accomodate other artists who want to join or teach in our future workshops, as we are awaiting for the upcoming workshop in Kabankalan City.
First BAMBOO HUB will be in Kabankalan
