Of coins and maps

I was working on my new instagram account lately, I have long been a collector of world coins and an enthusiast of maps and geography. That is why I created the account "cartanuma", where carta means map in latin, and numa is short for numismatic, the study of coins.

Here are some artworks of mine, hand drawn mini maps of the countries where the coins at the side are from.

This was my first attempt, a map of Malaysia and a 50sen coin.
p.s, I am from Malaysia.

And this is Brazil, a country I have always dreamed of visiting..
