Theme PARADISE - illustration
Utopia
Is an imagined community or society that possesses highly desirable or nearly perfect qualities for its citizens. One could also say that utopia is a perfect "place" that has been designed so there are no problems.
An utopia
An ideal society
A "no-place"
As its word indicates
it does not exist.
we as a society have worked so that this possibility
of "paradise" is very far away.
Process Registration
Mixed technique
Materials - tools:
- Pencil Hb
- Watercolor
- Brush 10 (dynasty)
- Crayons
- Pen (black)
- Medium grain paper
Elaboration sketch by pencil, organizing the elements in "S" to generate more dynamism.
2 step: was the execution of the stain (layers), with watercolor.
Place a bag on the stain, and wait for it to dry and then remove it, generating with this the texture of the tree.
Use of colors: pink, brown with reddish tendencies (gray with green), and purple for darker areas.
With the colors (wood) the tree is detailed, generating depth in the stains made with watercolor.
The crayons were also used to paint the skin of the angels, the bees, and the details of the leaves.
The pencil was used to create active lines on the plane, to limit the spots of the background (mountain) and to detail the elements of the illustration, "fairy tale" style.

You have an interesting way of interpreting the Adam and Eve Story. Did you draw in some inspiration from European paintings? I can see some resemblance with cherubs.
I am inspired only in the story of Adam and Eve, I am not very religious but I imagine the angels as adorable beings and pure intentions (as children) so they may seem like cherubs described in Christian angelogy.
