Noodles are one of the basic food ingredients that can make a food dish more Charming And Delicious from adding sauces or adding a stew on a noodles or a fry dish with noodles
A lot of opportunities on a noodles
What noodle dish is perfect?
Here are some of my dish basic dish for you
Stew Noodles.
Ingredients:
Instant Noodles Seasoning
A Spaghetti Noodles or Any kind Noodles on your desire 250 grams or 1/4 kg
Pinch of salt
Meat chopped 1/4 kg
Tofu chopped 1/4 kg
Assorted Vegetables 1/4 kg
Cornstarch or Tiopica
750 ml of Water.
Procedure:

Boil the 500 ml water with meat for 20-30 mins
Note:On boiling the meat check the meat if its already cooked by noticing the color of the meat
Do not drain the water or know as meat broth
Note:From reddish raw to white (pork)
Reddish white raw to white(Chicken)
Reddish raw to light pink brown or brown (beef)

After the meat is cooked set aside meat and add pinch of salt and noodles on the boiled water/broth for 10 to 15 minutes depends on the noodle status.

After the noodles are cook set aside. and on a 250 ml water add add 5O grams of Cornstarch or 50 grams of tiopica starch

Boil the the 250 ml water with starch and add the broth/ boiled water and with tofu, vegetable
Boil and Stir until slurry texture
Once it is already thicken
Add the instant noodle seasoning and meat boiled for a minute and set serve on the plate
On plate add first the meat stew with meat ,tofu vegetables and second is the Noodles on the middle
