Kill the Messenger - the song of the millenium. Will it be the last?

in #assange6 years ago (edited)

I just resteemed the original post of Kill the Messenger. It may be darkest before the dawn, but we don't know right now if we are just before the dawn, or if the dark will become even darker. Ecuador is bending to the oligarchic unelected power structure and military threats of the US and appears to be willing to hand over Julian, if he is still alive, to people more than happy to torture and kill him. He won't be the last. They will come for the rest of us eventually. That's how power works. It brooks no original voice. It is as if we are in a universe battling between literal good and evil. Listen to the song, play the song, resteem and share the song. It will play an important part in inspiring everyone to stand up and resist the power of capitalist greed. We need to stand up for not just freedom but life on earth. The system of greed needs to be stopped. We can work on this cooperatively and democratically. Or the unelected power structure can take our world down a very dark path. I hope this song is not the last relevant political song. https://soundcloud.com/jamesgetsit/kill-the-messenger
