Cheap and simple. There are many different routes you can take to build a Honda the toughest hurdle to overcome is traction. There are many things you can upgrade such as bushings, traction bars, tires but all still fall short when the clutch is dumped and the weight transfers. one solution staying with the Honda chassis is the s2000.s2000.jpg
But then you run into the issue with the f20 cylinder walls not getting along with forged pistons. But people are now swapping the all glorious k20/24 hybrid.

Now that you have a good platform for getting down the strip or street or where ever you race you begin looking for more power. You begin upgrading simple things such and cold air intake, exhaust, and tune. At the end of the day this still inst enough so you deiced to go with a turbo, fuel system, cams, suspension, and drag tires. You then end up with this.

With this setup depending on all the mods you can be looking at time slips anywhere from low 11's all the was down into the 7 depending on how deep your pockets are.
