Disturbing Baby Shower Cake!

Saw this cake posted somewhere else and it repulsed me. The problem I have is with me personally - I stared at it for a while because I was mesmerized by the detail. Whoever the culinary mind was, they paid attention to everything. Makes me wonder if this was baked and iced while looking at a picture? Maybe just a creative mind? Terrible.
