Back pain... what to do?
So, what to do about lower back pain? Is it because of poor sitting (and too much) for years, or is it because of a bad mattress? Or is it a combination? Is the solution training the back muscles, or should I rather just do stretches?
That is quite a mess, but I guess getting older brings some back pain along for many of us. But, I am not going to let it defeat me, but I am gonna hit it back and conquer and win!
