Summer in Baguio

Hi Steemians!

We went to Baguio recently to get away from the extreme humidity in Cebu...

Travelling to Baguio from Cebu, really takes time. We traveled from Cebu to Manila, then Manila to Baguio.

From Manila we ride a bus from Pasay City to City of Pines. It took us 5 hours to reach Baguio City.

Though Cebu to Clark is possible, then Clark to Dau, then Dau to Baguio City.

However, we opted for Cebu-Manila-Baguio. Actually, we want to experience the land trip adventure, and we can properly view the green scenery in some areas...

We stayed in Baguio for five days, which I think is enough time to explore Baguio City.

What I really appreciate this travel is that, we were able to book our hotel in a peaceful environment which is a little bit away from the City..

Strawberry Farm

We hired a cab for two days, to tour us the city.. The price of the chartered taxi is fare enough. Thanks to our tour guide/driver for a beautiful experience...

Lions Head

We enjoyed our short adventure in Baguio.

Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto

We went to John Camp Hay, Baguio Botanical Garden, Lions Head, Mines View Park, Night Market, Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, Strobo House, Bell Amphitheather and Burnham Park..

Baguio is quite cold during night time till dawn, but around 9:00 in the morning, when the sun shines it best, it is too humid, but we can still feel the cold temperature. When the wind blows it feels very relaxing...

With regards to how much we spent there, it was just within our average budget...

Spending much on adventure greatly matters rather than spending much to things... Just saying...
