I Bake our Birthday Cake (sort of) - Baking the Habit Series

Hello there!

This is what I mean when I say I'm a sloppy baker. Laughs

I have started this little habit of mine back in 2015 - at a time when I was at odds with what I was supposed to do after graduating. I took a short course on baking/cooking alongside my sister and before I knew it, I finished it with little to no progress in the kitchen. Figures.

Boy was I so glad when my mama decided to buy an oven and of course, practical as I am, I figured that thing has to be put to good use. The first few tries were a mess (will post about it soon) but the little experiments never stopped ever since.

Cupcakes were my forte, so to speak, so this baby Moist Chocolate Cake - my sisters and I's birthday cakes (yep, we were born on the same day on different years) was my first ever attempt on cakes! Trust me, they are kinda the same but not really. Haha

I'm a little short on the frosting department but boy was this good! Pinky promise.
