The primary religion on Bali is Hindu, and there are many practicing Hindus who are vegetarian. I am not a vegetarian and every restaurant that I ate in offered meat. One of the specialty dishes in Bali is Babi Guling, or whole roasted suckling pig, so eating meat is definitely part of the culture.
