When you hear BAN technically means Regulation

When hearing statements like South Korea banned cryptocurrency trading or China or-or ... in a borderless digital era sounds strange to me ... also sounds like an act of desperation against legitimate progress.

The word BAN doesn't apply in the digital era, BLOCK could be a better term
