REASONS TO LOVE BANANA
Bananas are truly incredible fruits — they’re portable, nutritious, and filling, and a good appetizer which is more than I can say for lots of other fruits.Bananas were originally found in South East Asia, mainly in India. They were brought west by Arab conquerors in 327 B.C. and moved from Asia Minor to Africa.
Banana is a delicious fruit and it happens to be my favorite now..lol.. Well there are a number of fruits that people need convincing reasons to love them for instance banana, you may find it funny why on earth a person won't like bananas. I was among this set of people who didn't like that fruit for anything, especially when the ripe yellow ones are kept in the refrigerator for preserving purposes and eventually turn black and start rotting...ohh it really made me want to throw up, and the fact that whenever I ate it I do stool alot.
After reading this amazing reasons, I fell in love with my bananas and have decided to share the reasons that made me love bananas.
Some persons may ask how did she manage to get through, well i made sure that they were not excessively ripe and then turn black after some days, and now am enjoying the sweetness the fruit gives I eat them anyhow I want, with rice, with groundnuts(a combination that Nigerians love the most), and even use the ripe but green bananas for my native delicacy.
Buying bananas in huge bunches is pretty much for the course nowadays. Because bananas are so inexpensive, people buy a lot of them at once. Plus, bananas are so good for you! They’re high in fiber and a variety of other healthy elements.

Ingredients
I Banana
Small pot of water
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Gather supplies
Boil water
Cut both ends off banana
Place banana (with peel still on) into boiling water
Boil for 10 minutes
Using a colander( a bowl that has many small holes and that is used for washing or draining food) pour banana tea into mug
Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon into tea
Drink it an hour before bed.
