Bandwidth limit, is it okay??

Nowadays, I had difficulties of posting in Steemit.
I tried many times but failed.

It made me confused because I'm new in Steemit. I checked my bandwith as result:

Could you give me more explanation about this?
Or I just ignore it. I hope it will not affect my Steemit at all. Please help me.
