Visuals of Bangalore city during Cornavirus ( Covid19) Lockdown

On March 23rd, India went into a countrywide 21-day lockdown. This meant all work and movement was suspended with only essential services being allowed to operate. The once bustling and crowded suddenly came to halt in an effort to fight the pandemic.

As a volunteer, I had the opportunity to travel around my city, Bangalore. Bangalore is home to most of the IT companies around the world. the growing economy and companies had transformed Bangalore from Garden city (as it was earlier known) to a city infamous for long traffic jams.

So it was really nostalgic to see my city as it was before - empty, blooming and green again.
