Importance of Teesta and Rohingya issues part 1

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting in London on Thursday. The meeting was held in the sidelines of the Commonwealth Conference. In this, discussions related to Bangladesh-India bilateral interests, including Teesta and Rohingya, have been discussed.

After the meeting, the Foreign Secretary said. Shahidul Haque told reporters that on the sidelines of the Commonwealth summit, two Prime Ministers met in London's Lancaster House this afternoon and discussed issues related to bilateral interests.When the journalists asked whether the issue of Rohingya and Teesta issue was discussed, the Foreign Secretary said that the meeting discussed all issues. The Prime Minister of Bangladesh and India also discussed the Commonwealth issue.

Shahidul Haque said, while discussing the issue of Rohingya, India has changed its position, which is closer to our thoughts. He said, India is helping in the rehabilitation of Rohingya.
