The Conway Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-11-19

This post contains three contracts.


The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 200 usd to @kennyroy. He promises to repay 225 usd. He shall pay via power downs over a 13 week period until 225 usd is reached. The first payment shall be Nov 27th, 2018.

The money amounts are in terms of USD, but are transacted in SBD and/or Steem. The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the prices for purposes of payment.

@kennyroy shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the owed value.
The Lendee agrees this contract remains valid regardless of any flags this contract post might receive.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.


The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 600 usd to @jassennessaj. He promises to repay 690 usd. He shall repay 230 usd per month until 690 usd is reached. (Three months expected.) The first payment shall be on Dec. 20th, 2018.

The money amounts are in terms of USD, but are transacted in SBD and/or Steem. The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the prices for purposes of payment.

@jassennessaj shall offer up the Owner keys to both @jassennessaj and @goodshepherd for this loan.

@jassennessaj shall hereafter be known as the lendee…

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 100 usd to @crystalhuman. He promises to repay 105 usd in one week's time.

The money amounts are in terms of USD, but are transacted in SBD and/or Steem. The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the prices for purposes of payment.

There is a penalty of 3 usd for each week late.

@crystalhuman shall offer up the following Steem Monster cards as collateral:

  • 4 Gold Foil Xanders

These cards shall be returned when this loan is complete.
