They most certainly are - some more so than others. Essentially once you start to move into a large organisation and away from a small business enterprise you lose the human element. The move to centralise everything in the name of efficiency is essentially a move to dehumanise business and government activity. There must come a time when we move away from the centralised model and work towards local solutions.
