The banking act of 1933!
Lots of people want to blame capitalism the system itself for creating a lot of our current problems and want to destroy it but what do they want to replace it with?
When we compare it with the utopian idealistic vision of some communist college student, of course it falls flat in many aspects.
But when we compare current system as corrupt as it has become with the reality and results of every system tried before hand we see that it actually has generated more wealth and freedom, and brought many people out of poverty faster than anything we have yet to devise.
In every system there is a certain level of corruption and in every system there is a hierarchy, these are inevitable as long and we are humans.
But things have got out of balance and the corruption too extensive and expensive for the earth to afford, so balance is being restored.
A lot of our problems, probably all stem from the banking industry and central banking in particular.
The printing of money by private central banks has inflated our money to almost zero, and the low interest rates and heroine high of cheap and easy money have created speculative bubbles, and with stagnant wages and further globalisation and loss of production jobs in the developed world, the price of living is rising fast.
The system itself is corrupt and in need of cleaning but to tear it down we would want to have something better it with, and at current we don't.
