Mark Lyford-Banx-Remittio-Michael Taggart

There have been a few exchanges between myself & Mark Lyford regarding the Banx debacle, some would say "it's a scam" & they would be right.
let's move on to Remttio, it has been stated by Lyford on video footage & written word that "Banx Capital owns 50% of Remittio", OK, fair enough, but when you do a litte digging things become murky, when you run a search at companies house in London for Remittio Ltd, you find that it is an active company worth the staggering figure of 100 pounds lets say $130 after Brexit, the two registered officers are the two pantomime horses known as ,

1. Mark James Lyford
2. Michael Joseph TAGGART NOCITO
   #2 is commonly known as Michael Taggart or even Michael X if you can bring yourself to even say that or even type it.

Now, how did Banx come to own 50% of Remittio?, remember , we are talking 50 quid here, the price of a pizza & a beer,did Banx Capital Ltd give Taggart 50 pounds for the 50%?, if so there will be records in Banx Capital accounts ,(what accounts you say?) , or, did Lyford give Taggart some freshly minted worthless Banx shares?....nice one Marky boy, look after your mates ehh?
in which case we have a problem as Lyford has claimed that Banx closed down (it didn't), & there would be a share transfer from Banx Ltd to Lyford" individual" (with corresponding payment from Lyford back to Banx Capital Ltd to purchase the shareholding) at companies house...there isn't one,
Banx Capital Ltd should still be registered as 50% share holder as claimed by Lyford because Banx Capital never closed down, but it isn't.
Lyford has been 50% owner since time began, Banx was never a 50% owner how much fraud can these guys dish up?, Remittio also posts an invalid address for correspondence, it is the old invalid Banx address, not that it matters, minor inconvenience for these guys, it is only companies house registration pages which every individual & authority uses for validating address for official communications,
