Here are the results of the last 20 Untamed card packs I have opened.

Cards Flipped: 100
Expected legendaries: 1.6
Flipped legendaries: 0
Expected Gold: 4
Flipped Gold: 2

So pretty below average on this small sample size,

The best pull was probably the GF Contessa L'ament summoner card.
