What is Laser.Online? Is Laser Online scam?
Well, aforementioned, we already make you clear that Laser.Online is a Ponzi scheme, which means it is an illegal and unsustainable company. So that means Laser Online is not a legit company which makes it scam. However, every Ponzi schemes pay at starting in order to collect more investment from several people so that they can run with a big amount of money.
Even if Ponzi schemes want to keep on paying, they can't because none of the Ponzi schemes will have any real source of income to pay the profit amount to the members. So, they use the money invested by one member to pay another member, means to pay 144% ROI to one member, they take 44% from the investment of another member. However, when they do so, they create a debt into the system. In this way the debt amount will be keep on increasing day by day and at last every Ponzi schemes collapse. Those Ponzi schemes which can bring continuously new investment from the members, they can sustain little longer than those which are unable to get the new investments. Actually, none of the Ponzi schemes want to pay anyone. They are just online to make money for themselves. But, they pay at starting by playing the money between the members only because they want to gain the trust of people so that they can gather more new investment and run away with big amount of money.
Laser.Online makes a huge story of their laser and cryptocurrency business, but fails to provide the proof which support their claim. We can't find any verifiable source of income coming into the Laser Online except the money invested by the affiliates/members which proves that there is not any other income source than the money invested by the members, which makes it a Ponzi scheme.
If you check their whole website, as well as the WHOIS details, you will find out completely mismatch information about their owner details. They claim to be from United States in their website and registered as LASER ONLINE LLC, but if you check the WHOIS details, you will find out that they have provided the address from United Arab Emirates and company's ownership under DotOnline Inc. So, which should we believe? Yep, there is a registered company in the name of LASER ONLINE LLC within Delaware, but there is not any proof that company is linked with Laser.Online in any means. If they are from USA, they should be listed in SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) database to run an investment company, but you can't find out any information about LASER ONLINE LLC or Laser.Online within SEC database.
More than that, even if they are from United States, then they will be in big trouble and will be seized by SEC sooner or later for operating such business model because according to the SEC, the business model of Laser.Online is not only Ponzi, but Pyramid as well because Laser Online is offering referral's commission upto the 3 level downlines on the sales of those ROI plans. So, any companies which pay referral commission upto multi-level downlines like MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) companies, but without selling any real products or services, fall into illegal scheme known as Pyramid scheme. So, even if this company manages to survive for long time, it can be seized by SEC anytime, however, as per its business model, it doesn't seem it can survive for long time.
