Question: I am not necessarily too hairy but I do want bare armpits and more. I wonder what is the best type of hair removal method, and what is best for bikini area as well?

Answer: As technology outstrips (no pun intended) our beauty needs, you'll realize that there's so many ways to defuzz dem body.

LOOK SHARP AF! - SHAVE
There are days when you just don't have the time to shave off the not-really-that-long hairs. So just whip out that razor or a trusted trimmer and you're good to go!

Pros: Quick when you need it in a pinch and definitely painless.
Cons: Potential bumps and rashes and will regrow within a day or two.
Tip: Before shaving, exfoliate and apply shaving cream and shave the SAME direction of hair growth!

SMOOTH CRIMINAL - WAX
When we say "wax", it's inevitable to think of pain but it is not always this way! There are two types of wax. Soft wax is more recommended for larger areas such as armpits, arms and legs. As for your sistas down there, go for the hard wax. For your dolphin smooth skin to last, exfoliate three days after waxing and remember to apply ingrown hair creams to prevent bumps!

LOVE AT FIRST LIGHT - IPL
It's amazing for so many reasons. Not only you get an 80 per cent of hair reduction but it lasts you for at least 2 years! Moreover that, it is painless and really safe. Expert says "it does not require any UV light and thus poses no carcinogenic risk". And yes, you can do IPL down there. Unlike waxing, it does not require your hair to grow out first. The pulses of light will penetrate your skin directly. Oh yeah.

After appling a cooling gel to the treatment area, the therapist will zap those hairs using their STRIP Powerpac device.jpg

NO HAIR BUT DO CARE
There are things to remember/do once your remove the hair from your bod.
In no particular order, these are what you need to avoid once you're hairless and #lit
Exercising + tight clothes, hot showers, using scented things such as deodorant and saunas
