Beauty in the trees, beauty in the skies and seas.
It is this time of the year that these gorgeous Jakaranda trees paint the cities with their purple grace. Brings me memories of their beauty from a few years ago when I was touring Portugal on my motorcycle and both Lisboa and Oporto had their purple parties. (By the way, interested in that trip of mine? Fortunately Athens is no exception so I had my share while walking around the center a couple of days ago.
I find them so beautiful that I don't risk commenting them in a language other than my mother's so I'll just leave the above images do a much better talking than I would.
Away from the center, the seaside might lack some of that Deep Purple (not when I play music though) but doesn't lack in beauty. Just in case you had enough of the sea you can look up in the sky for some more:
