Stopped in for some Wisconsin brews at the Castle full o' cheese (https://www.marscheese.com). Love this place. You should check it out if you're ever in Southeastern Wisconsin and have a hankerin' for a hunk a cheese and a cold brewski.

Now that you mention it, I have. I've seen it in recipe books. But I've never tried making it, nor have I ever tasted it.
