Tsypa Brewery Awarded in Hungary on 13 International Beer Contest

Гуцульська Крафтова Броварня "Ципа" отримала нагороди на 13-му міжнародному конкурсі пива в Угорщині!

Цього тижня ми повернулися з Угорщини, а саме з містечка Godollo де проходив 13-й міжнародний пивний конкурс, фестиваль та міні - виставка пивного обладнання. Фестиваль тривав з 10 по 13 квітня, та проходила на базі музею сільського господарства при університеті Szent István.

This week we returned from Hungary, from the town of Godollo where the 13th international beer competition, festival, and an exhibition of beer equipment took place. Beer festival took place from 10 to 13 April and was held at the Museum of Agriculture at Szent István University.

Організатором конкурсу є Асоціація Малих Броварень Угорщини (Kisüzemi Sörfőzdék Egyesülete).

The organizer of the competition is the Association of Hungarian Small Breweries (Kisüzemi Sörfőzdék Egyesülete).

Саме судівство відбувалося згідно з положенням, та критеріям BJCP 2015 (Програма Сертифікації Пивних Судей - версія 2015 року). Згідно з кількістю набраних балів, конкурсант отримував, чи не отримував відзнаку бронзового, срібного чи золотого гатунку. Також три найкращих пива згідно рейтингу отримали найвищу відзнаку - діамантовий диплом.

Ми пишаємося тим, що саме наша Ципа - “Plombir” увійшла в список діамантових призерів в Угорщині.

It was judged in accordance with the provisions and the criteria of BJCP 2015 (Beer Certification Program 2015). According to the number of points scored, the contestant received or did not receive the bronze, silver or gold brand. Also, the three best beers according to the rating received the highest distinction - a diamond diploma. We are proud that it's our Tzip - "Plombir" was listed as a diamond winner in Hungary.

Загалом в конкурсі приймало участь пивоварні з 9 країн. Загалом в конкурсі приймало участь більше 60 гостьових броварень. За 2 дні пивні судді мали змогу спробувати та описати біля 260 семплів пива в 88 категоріях.

In general, the competition was attended by brewers from 9 countries. In total, more than 60 guest brewers took part in the competition. In 2 days, beer judges were able to try and describe 260 beer samples in 88 categories.

Наступного року і судді з України будуть мати змогу допомогти своїм Угорським колегам в виборі найкращого пива!

Next year, judges from Ukraine will be able to help their Hungarian counterparts to choose the best beers!
