My Beer For Today BeerSaturday

The beer I want to talk about today is from a BeerFirm in Rome called Contromano. I collaborate with them in the realization of their beers, following the recipes of Luca Birraio and relating with him in the realization of the beer itself.
This beer is fantastic, takes its name from the fact that the hops chosen for each lot are always different, are always chosen at the moment driven by imagination and the desire to experiment.

Stile: American I.P.A
ABV: 6,6% IBU: 60

Due to the uncertain availability of the different hop qualities, BIPOLARE's main feature becomes her mutating recipe. First beer batches are composed with flocks of Crystal, Summit and the freshly arrived Pekko and Adha hops
