How is everybody doing? Enjoying a beer somewhere in the sun? 🍺
For the #beersaturday started by @detlev I will present a summer beer from the brewery Staatliches Hofbräuhaus located in Munich, Germany. 🍺
The beer is called Sommerzwickl which half of it stands for summer (Sommer) and the other half, the Zwickl or Zwickel is a type of Kellerbier and is literally a cellar beer. It is not filtered nor goes under the pasteurization process. This type of beer does not last long and it is recommended to be consumed as fast as possible. 🍻

In the second the back of the bottle. 🍺
It contains 5,1% alcohol and is naturally cloudy.🍺
A picture with the cap is needed to catch all the details. 🍺
The taste is good with a little caramel in it and is a good alternative for the Weißbier. It is more satious as the other beers as it keeps most of it's nutrients and vitamins which are destroyed in the other processes. 🍻
