Cottage Cheese Sweets
Here come’s Diwali (The Hindu festival of light) and the first thing that pops up in our mind is firecracker
and sweets. Although, I do not think to start our “Diwali Celebrations“, here’s an easy recipe for “kacha golla” which is a very famous sweet in (West Bengal – India) but because of it’s popularity, it’s available in many other Indian states.
It’s one of those rare sweet which has just the right amount of sweetness and because of it’s light simple ingredients, it almost melts in your mouth. Which is why it’s easily liked by kid’s & adults.
- Although they taste best if served when it’s made however sometimes they are so soft, that they might break. Hence I kept them in fridge for 2 hrs before serving.
any Indian festival is devoid of sweets but Diwali almost take’s the upper-hand in sweet .
