The Riverdancer

Last year I was hired by 2 professional dancers to do a series of promotional portraits. They were both dancers in the world famous Riverdance company and had left to open their own dance company.

This was shot with my Nikon D810 with a Godox AD600 as the keylight. I used HSS mode to get that really shallow DOF look and still be able to under expose the background.

The rim light was provided by mother nature on a rare day where we actually got sun in Ireland 😄
