MADARAKA DAY
On 1st June 1963, its when we as Kenyans attained self-running of our affairs in government. Our forefathers through blood and ensured that finally we were able to be the architects of our own future and it is for this reason that we do celebrate this each and every year.55 years down the line we are enjoying the fruits of independence. 55 years from now the younger generation will be either enjoying the fruits of how we will continue protecting the legacy or either be victims of things we failed to do during our time that could matter to generations to come. May God help us head this beloved country in the direction
