The Format of these Hangouts:
This post is planned to go up every Thursday the day before the BitShares Hangout. BitShares community members who post subjects to cover and bring topics of discussion are asked to do so in response to this post first. @officialfuzzy can finally pay people who have supported this powerful cryptocurrency for the past 4 years since its birth and evolution. So reply below with valuable topics, updates, info we should cover and earn upvotes from in this thread and earn a special bonus if yours are chosen!
How much time will we have?
Hangouts will be at least 45 minutes long, but depending on attendance and projects/topics to be covered may last up to 1 hour. Given this, we will try to stay with 4-5 core topics and will fit in others where possible.
What will we earn for contributing?
Those who attend will each earn from a pool of bitshares that will be purchased with earnings from this post. They will then be given directly to you via our new guestbook that we are testing.
Fuzzy will be giving whaleshares to community founders who attend this weekly hangout to give their own unique perspectives and expert commentary. He will also be giving them to people who give topics and information we choose to use in our hangout!
So make sure you get a BitShares Wallet!

Is any topic off Limits?
Yes. We reserve the right to learn from the newest trickster trolling steemit consistently searching for way to insert chaos into the equation and devise future strategies for negating these. Naturally if these efforts become ham-fisted attempts at shutting down free speech in honest conversations, the audience will hold us accountable.
But with that said....pretty much anything can be covered--even up to and including current events. However, I personally will only be voting up stories that touch the blockchain in some way shape or form and will be asking the community to downvote absolute Rubbish! ;)

Hi @officialfuzzy and the Bitshares community. My name is Rodrigo, I lost my steemit password so my friend is helping me to post here. As you all know there is a big problem going on with Bitshares Munich and BlockPay. I would like to talk tomorrow in the mumble to explain what is going on, I will have witnesses in the mumble that were part of BlockPay and Bitshares Munich and that will like to step in so that everyone can know behind the scene issues and how everything can be solved. I hope I can talk with my team tomorrow because I would like the community to know the truth!

There are lot of problems on bitshares.It was working good before but now it sucks.I can't add favorites (Yellow stars),when i add some coin on my favorite list,the next day is gone.It's all scrambled.Sometimes i can't sort coins on their price,all scrambled again.Im not trading there until this is resolved,i don't have nerves for this.

TL;DR Summary:
Funding BSIPs/Worker proposals!
We've got this massive reserve pool of funds to potentially fund development - it's literally in the hundreds of millions $ range!
Some may argue that users who fear BTS dilution will reject all worker proposals, however I believe this was only the case a couple years ago for Bytemaster due to political reasons. Given how less BTS will be distributed now due to the current marketcap, this may not be as serious of a concern anymore.
I feel that there are two things blocking worker proposal attempts:
Inability to create worker proposal via the GUI.(Bitshares-UI issue raised! --> svk31 has developed this feature, soon to be released!)Writing up BSIPs after discussion!
After coming up with a great idea, or holding a discussion about a possible idea we need to make a habit of writing up a BSIP to get action going on new features.
Case and point, I still need to write up a BSIP for 'Earning interest/dividends on bitassets' (The forum post has 3000+ views and 9 pages!)

Could we update the Bitshares roadmap? The last entry in the current roadmap on the official bitshares website is Feb 2016.

Personally i dont hold as many BTS as id like but i did get it early. Im glad i did. Im a trader so i trade based on price and ive managed to get a great in point on BTS. I dont usually research to an extreme extent on the coins i buy but i have been doing some research on BTS and boy am i in for a ride. Guys Glad to have you. Glad to have BTS and for the first time ever i will be attending this hangout and that being said it will be my first time being actively engaged in the community behind a coin. I even created this account just to post!!

Meta post - since the hangout is only an hour long, could we keep a semi-strict talking schedule if we have many topics to discuss?
In the past I've felt that some topics dominate the hangout where as the beyondbitcoin hangouts are more moderated to cover the full agenda.

Quick update regarding HERTZ
TL;DR: HERTZ is an Algorithm based asset (MPA) on the BTS DEX, it's a work in progress (not live), it predictably oscillates the feed price using a sin wave, thus we create phases of buying and selling pressure constantly back and forth forever.
