This is unfortunately not correct according to Jewish law. When the bible (what you call the old testament) accords different names to Gd, it is essentially teaching he has different attributes. His essential name is he was is and always will be; the tetragrammaton. His other names are describing his other attributes; how he judges according to his different names.
