I am really sorry to hear this. I don't want to impose words of wisdom you either. I would like to share a few information only in the hope of your welfare only.
Please try to find more information on a few topics below. It worked for me and many others.

  1. Find a local music therapy clinic
  2. Yoga Mudra.(It's very easy hand gesture and anybody can practice anywhere.)
  3. Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique for relaxation. Find out more about it, it's easy since you need to only lie down and follow a guided instruction.
  4. Pranayama.The most powerful technique. You need a teacher for this.

I hope it helps. You can start with any one of the above and in a week you will start feeling the difference. Take care.
