Bitcoins Blacklisted?

Was reading another article about a mixer closing https://bitmixer.io/ , and one article led to another, presto found myself reading about that Bitcoins can be blacklisted. wow got to follow up with this. Sounds like a biz opportunity to make sure bitcoins are clean.
The article listed a link that did not work for a service that lists the Bitcoins used in the past for less-than-pure purposes.
