He's saying the price is struggling to close above $8.6k on a 4hr candle, which is one reason why he expects a correction to $8.2k-7.8k before wave 3 then launches to $9k+

I think we're working inside of a larger time frame, we'll test $9,500 - $9,700 this week, if we break it then it's a whole new ball game, if we don't then we're looking at dropping below $7,000 before we see a full reversal.

BTC is on the up and i'm getting streams on notifications that FIAT is suddenly going bearish..
