ETH took a hit
After China banned ICO sale....eth took a direct hit, as all ICO tokens were ETH contracts.
Waiting for the Russians move....
Market is on "panic sale" as initially most people did not know what was happening and how market cap dropped 20 billion.
The wave will pass, and coins will come back to the "before"price.

They say they will pay back the ETH...but they can rule over china only. I don't know if NEO is considered as a coin in the international space or in China. They may shut them down and make them pay back the customers. The discussion was for chinese people buying ico on eth, But they ruled out ICO sale, so if NEO is chinese....I suppose they will shut them down
