Bittrex (Crypto Exchange) Problem Now a day

Hello Every one, i am angela i want to share some experience with you peoples,
I am Using Bittrex exchange for Trading But from last two days i notice whenever i want to withdraw coin from bittrex wallet i receive following warning

I don't know whats going wrong with bittrex now a days, as whenever i try to upload my ID or passport picture i receive the same email from bittrex support

Is there anybody who have same issue?? Or is there anybody who will help me to withdraw my coin from bittrex??
