First US Real Estate Transaction in Blockchain Completed
It will be interesting to see how this blockchain trend develops. Will people eventually make real estate transactions in a way so that that is free of unnecessary taxes and fees? Will transactions be anonymous? It will be interesting to see the direction blockchain and cryptocurrency head in. I think it would be a good idea to set each local community on blockchains. Have all the mortgage money be deposited into a pool. Then have local communities vote on how this money is spent on bettering the local neighborhoods. The current fiat debt based mortgage system wastes the majority of the collective labor of society.
