Blockchain technology is revolutionary. Nuclear technology can either be improved to generate clean electricity for all, or used to flatten cities.
Similarly, Bitcoin is permissionless, decentralized and gives freedom to the people, however the same technology (in the form of government backed cryptocurrency) can be used as the tool to completely enslave all humanity.
