There are quite a few of these projects pegged as high-performance blockchains that can provide massive scalability but its all theory, until they can be load, tested we simply cannot assume these projects can be any way shape or form superior to what we currently have.
The two mimble wimble based blockchain projects are also promising speed and scale and while the concept of a light blockchain has promise we have to still look at it pragmatically.
Yes you are correct but @chekohler. There are many projects that promise these features and have failed. But just like Quarkchain, VANTA holds a lot of promise. Similar to Quarkchain, VANTA is a Korean project — and so far ICOs from that part of the world have been quite successful because of proper strategy and good partnerships.
