OMG Bitcoin crash! Altcoins down! Red alert & panic sales -> STOP!

in #bitcoin8 years ago (edited)

Well, at first I hope that the majority of you cryptocoin-investors has realized that the Bitcoin- and Altcoin-markets were totally overheated since the last few weeks. If even an absolutely useless sh*tcoin like Dogecoin raised from 0.0002 to 0.0038, then something is a bit fishy. So a correction was only a question of time - and now here we are! But what you see now furthermore, is the usual cryptocoin-panic-"game":

• the big fat crypto-whales and short-term investors initiated this, finally time to cash out.

• these guys were immediately supported by nervous late entrant-investors who buyed in at peaks and react panic-fueled as soon as they see a red candle which is longer than 10 mm.

• also the cryptocoin-newbies are lose their nerves now. "OMG buyed in five days ago, now all coins red! Ôô I must sell before I loose all my money!" → Congratulations for your first wrong decision at crypto-world.

• Depending on how far it goes down afterwards, also the guys which rather want to unshakable hold their coins begin to totter now and sell in the end.

• At this time, the first big fat crypto-whales and short-term investors are already start their next shopping spree again, with a grin at their faces - the circle of pump'n'dump is completed.

The following applies to all long-established top-coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero etc - think LONG-TERM and HOLD YOUR COINS! Or do you really believe that Bitcoin will ever see $500 again? Or Ethereum drops down to $50? Never. Although the crypto-world is a few years old now, it's still at it's beginning. Ask ten average people, "hey do you know what Ripple (Stellar/NEM/Monero/...) is"? Most of them will look at you perplexed and with 97 questionmarks above their heads. But this will surely change within the next few years.

So my simple advice: just don't overreact, keep your (etablished) coins and let the superheated markets find their bottom now. Within the next few days the rates will settle down and the next upward trend is upcoming - it's the same cycle as the last 20 times. How do you see that? Comments and opinions are welcome! Thanks for your attention and "sorry" for my rookie English.
