Explaining BlackBox Foundation in the Simplest Terms

The team of BlackBox Foundation comprises over 60 brilliant minds all inspired by a general idea to decentralize “the future of work”. BlackBox is essentially an operating system powered by artificial intelligence meant for the management of decentralized companies, collectives, and projects. BlackBox OS is collaborative software loaded with decentralized management tools, business process automation solutions, crowdsourcing mechanisms, and workflow instruments to empower commands and organizations to work in a more efficient way. In its core, BBOS is a token-paying platform that will work like the following:

• A team or an entity submits their project/s to the network.
• The software, empowered with the machine learning and AI, will coordinate resources and automate routine tasks including discovering workers with appropriate competencies.
• QA/QC will track the completion of a project.
• Once the project is completed, the reputation system (through the consensus reviewing or proof-of-value protocol) will add reputation scores to the worker’s portfolio or deduct these scores in case the worker fails to produce some value for the project.
