I am certain that missile strikes in Syria won't drive BTC price up by 400%.
MAYBE a 25% increase.
The counter-reaction from Russia could drive BTC up by 400%. But unlikely.
Putin is your basic playground bully. When he gets kicked in the teeth, he will most likely back off and at least temporarily stop the bullying behavior.
