Yes I agree that it has to be appreciated, this agreement demonstrates that they have been able to go beyond the mere currency aspect. My article shows some criticism, this is due to further specific considerations that are not part of the writing and are more general with the leadership and the direction the country is taking.. i tought that these aspects could risk to set me off-topic so I didn't deal with them ;-) thanks for reading
