PACCOIN (PAC) Is this a huge pump and dump?

Hello World, Gotblocks here about to chain sh*t up lol

Alright so i'm sure you all sort your coinmarketcap by clicking the 24hr volume button to see what tokens are performing well for the day. If you did this yesterday then you probably saw that PACCOIN was at the top of the list having climbed over 400% on the day. We all know this kind of growth from an unknown company is usually associated with pump and dumps. So being that @gotblocks is totally positive 98% of the time i went on to actually look in to the company to see if it had any viable features that might need some light shed on them. So on coinmarketcap.com i click their link to their website with a positive anticipation for finding a new token and WHAMP WHAMP WHAMP their website doesnt even work.

Just to be sure it wasn't just my computer i happened to actually be watching another youtube video when the youtuber actually was talking about another coin and happened to do the 24hr sorting thing and looked at PACCOIN and said oh what no way and click the coin then on to their website ( i can tell he had the same positive looking forward on his face) then sure enough the website didnt even load on his computer and he then said ahh thats funny totally realizing it was a pump and dump, then later clarifying he will not be investing in that coin ( btw he has over $3,000,000) in holdings so he might be doing something right.
