What are the RED Signals for BITCOIN ETF ?

In January 2018 the SEC warned, there are numbers of investor protection issues with Bitcoinafter all Bitcoin and the other major crypto-currencies in the space haven't solved a lot of the inherent scalability, liquidity or extreme volatality issues that lead to the previous rejections.
Do you all knows that how many times SEC have rejected Bitcoin ETF in past?

Hi @handicraft this time chances for approval are quite high as CBOE have very good reputation in US and they have all the required infrastructure for investment and securities. Though its not guaranteed that it will get approved 100% but atleast we can hope for it as of now.
